Very thankful I took the car to Jerry & Sons, very satisfied with the repairs and the cost. I really thought it would cost more. They were gracious towards me. April the rep. was very professional and great customer service skills. Will use again and recommend Jerry & Sons to others. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Jerry & Son Auto Service enough! After three other mechanics failed to diagnose and fix my A/C, Jose quickly identified the problem, replaced the A/C compressor, and had my car repaired within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I also want to recognize April at the front desk. She listened carefully to my concerns and, in light of the extreme heat, prioritized my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to go without A/C any longer. Her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for an auto shop that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Jerry & Son Auto Service. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for all of my future service needs. Thank you, Jose and April, for taking such great care of me and my car!

Great experience, Just finished my second visit. I’m not a car person at all. I have very little knowledge. I can only go on trusting the mechanic that I choose. So the quality of the people in any business are very important to me. Fortunately, at Jerry and son, I was introduced to Jose and Apryl. They both made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge and courtesy. So far I’ve done an engine mount replacement and full brake replacement. I will definitely continue to visit this business. - Sunnie A.

I had a great experience with Jerry and Son Auto Service Inc. I brought my Jeep in because the check engine light was on, and had the pleasure of working with Apryl and Jose, two very incredible workers who are very courteous, respectful and highly knowledgeable about their job. A thorough inspection of the entire vehicle was performed. They clearly explained everything that needed attention and provided a consent form that allowed me to approve or decline each recommended service without any pressure. Their prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend Jerry and Sons Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I was nervous to take my car as it’s my first car so I didn’t know who to trust. I’m glad I took a risk with Jerry & son. I went to get an inspection and I was there for around 15 mins and I had made an appointment on their website and it was so smooth and quick the front desk staff especially April was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with their services.
